For the first volume, Dior allowed an unprecedented group of archival haute couture pieces to travel to Times Square, where Lindbergh photographed them in the street. A second volume looks back across more than one hundred of his earlier photographs for the house. Together they form both an archive of Dior and a concentrated statement of Lindbergh’s cinematic, humanist approach to fashion photography.
