Norio Takasugi’s first artist book brings together his silver-leaf works, where botanical and landscape images sit between photographic reproduction and handmade object. Screen printing and sulphur reactions on silver leaf make each original artwork materially unstable and unique; the book translates that tension between image, craft and surface into print. Designed by Akiko Wakabayashi and co-published by IBASHO and the(M) éditions.
