My Lagos — Robin Hammond, 2016, First Edition of 600, Editions Bessard, Original Nollywood Poster Jacket
A city staged as spectacle and lived reality. Through 63 full-bleed colour photographs, Robin Hammond captures the velocity, density and layered social worlds of Lagos. Street chaos, private interiors and large-format Polaroid portraits—paired with personal testimonies—compose a portrait of ambition and resilience. Each copy is uniquely wrapped in an original folded Nollywood cinema poster, hand-applied and protected by a dust jacket.
