SERVILLETAS, Felipe Hernández, Ojos de Buey, 2026

A disposable bar object becomes a national visual archive. Gathering 600 original napkins collected across Spain over more than ten years, this compact volume turns cafés, tabernas, restaurants and bodegas into a map of vernacular design. Logos, typefaces and local graphics reveal a social history usually wiped away after coffee or wine. First edition, second printing: modest, obsessive, sharply Spanish.
