セミドキュメント（秘）パンマ (Semi-Document: Secret Panma) – Japanese Film Poster, c.1970s
Sexploitation dressed as reportage. This original poster adopts the language of documentary realism while delivering staged erotic spectacle—large red-tinted overlays colliding with a central staged encounter and bold purple typography. The composition alternates between voyeuristic intimacy and graphic abstraction, a strategy widely used in early-1970s pink cinema to imply authenticity while amplifying sensation. Printed for brief theatrical runs and folded for circulation, it remains a vivid example of how “semi-documentary” was weaponised as marketing.
