CUMULUS — Harit Srikhao — Bad Eyes — 2023

CUMULUS compresses eight years of Harit Srikhao’s life into a book about adolescence, family, friendship and the unstable passage into adulthood. Photographs made before and after Thailand’s devastating 2011 floods sit within a broader autobiographical sequence, linking personal transformation to changes in the surrounding landscape. The work is vulnerable without becoming diaristic in a simple sense: memory is reconstructed through colour, atmosphere and recurring relationships. Published by Bad Eyes in Bangkok, the first edition was limited to 500 copies.
