The Eriskay Connection is a Dutch independent publisher and book-design studio founded by Rob van Hoesel in 2011. Its programme develops contemporary storytelling at the intersection of photography, research and writing, with books conceived through close collaboration with their authors. Editing, typography, materials and production are integral to each project. Darwin selects Eriskay for its research-driven approach and for treating the photobook as an autonomous work rather than a container for images.
